Hairdresser competition – Terms and conditions & procedure
1. Organizer
Hair & Beauty-Eni GbR
Germany
(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer")
2. Description of the action
Hair & Beauty-Eni is holding an exclusive competition for professional hairdressers and hair salons. The aim of the promotion is to give professional users the opportunity to test selected products from our range in their daily salon work and to document their results.
Participation in the competition is voluntary and requires prior application for a free test package .
3. Competition period
The competition will take place during the period from:
[01.02.2026] to [31.05.2026]
Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.
4. Eligibility
Only the following are eligible to participate:
- ✔️ commercial hairdressers
- ✔️ Hair salons
- ✔️ self-employed hairdressers
Based in Germany. Private customers are excluded from participation.
Commercial status must be proven by:
- Submission of a valid business license (upload or email)
- or a valid VAT identification number.
5. Free trial package
Participation in the competition requires that a free test package has been requested beforehand.
The hairdresser has the opportunity to select products from our range within a defined product value. The final composition of the test package is determined after review by Hair & Beauty-Eni.
There is no entitlement to a specific product.
6. Participation in the prize draw
To participate in the competition, the following requirements must be met:
- Completing the participation form
- Upload at least two photos :
- ✔️ a before photo
- ✔️ an after photo
- The photos must document the application of the received test products.

The application documents must be submitted in full within 14 days of receiving the test package . Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
7. Placements & Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded as part of the competition:
🥇 1st place
Professional product package from our range.
Goods value approx. €90
🥈 2nd place
Professional care package.
Goods value approx. €70
🥉 3rd place
Professional care package.
Goods value approx. €50
The exact composition of the prizes is determined by Hair & Beauty-Eni and may vary depending on availability. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible.
8. Selection of the winners
The winners will be selected by Hair & Beauty-Eni after the end of the competition period.
Evaluation criteria include, among others:
- Quality of the before/after photos
- Visibility of the result
- proper use of the products
- Completeness of the participation documents
The organizer's decision is final. Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Deadlines
- Submission of participation documents: within 14 days of receiving the test package
- The winners will be selected and notified after the end of the competition period.
10. Use of submitted content
By participating, the participant expressly agrees that the submitted photos, as well as the name of the hairdresser and the name of the salon, may be used for marketing and communication purposes (e.g. website, social media, advertising) without any time or geographical restrictions.
11. Data protection
The data collected as part of this competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the promotion and will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy .
12. Disclaimer
The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, data loss or delays that are outside its control.
13. Legal Notice
This competition is not a game of chance and is not contingent upon a purchase . The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
